The Mount of Arbitration (Jabal al-Tahkeem) is a historic hill located in Adhruh, Ma'an Governorate. It is the exact site where the famous political arbitration took place during the First Fitna between the representatives of Caliph Ali bin Abi Talib (Abu Musa al-Ash'ari) and Muawiyah (Amr bin al-Aas) in an attempt to bring peace to the Muslim community.
