Moses' Springs (Ayun Musa) is a valley of natural water springs near Mount Nebo. According to religious traditions, this is where Prophet Moses struck the rock with his staff, causing twelve springs of water to burst forth to quench the thirst of the twelve tribes of Israel. It features early archaeological remains, including Byzantine churches with mosaics.
